  HMA is a great service, with excellent apps and very good support. Unfortunately, they made a lot of changes to the servers network and some locations are no longer available.

  Pros

  2 connections have been changed to 5! works for the US netflix Android app is one of the best of any vpn service I've used SUPERB tech savvy support! Answered to all of my questions in a very professional manner.

  none to my knowledge

  Summary

  regarding the logging policy - this is the bare minimum required in order to keep the quality of service (e.g. troubleshooting individual cases and stopping abuse). And I am not sure how any other service could still have quality product with no logging at all.

  everything, slows down internet to dial up, revoked my expensive service without so much as an email explaining why. STILL havent received a response to my multi requests asking why this has happened. wasnt doing anything nefarious just simple torrenting. take your money somewhere else

  Despite what CNET says this software isn't free. It is for this reason, I decided not to try it out. It's a waste of time installing so-called free software only to have it require payment. It may be a fine product, but I cannot give more than one star due to this false information. I am hoping it is a mistake on CNET's part and they will correct it. If so, I will withdraw this review.

  Pros

  Number of countries to pick your server from is just immense, I'm not even sure that many countries even exist! HMA is as fast as can be expected (I stream movies from servers 9000 miles away). Brilliant in every way, highly recommended!

  Cons

  No glitches and reliable, used from many different countries, maybe not enough servers in France imo, but no other cons otherwise.

  Summary

  Very simple to use, never fails and so many servers to pick from, HMA is a reliable piece of software which I cant live without anymore!!! Thanks team and keep up the kick-aasss quality of work!

  Pros

  Easy setup, painless payment system, stable on Win7HP64, support actually available sometimes-I had an issue with migration to a different PC and they resolved it quickly. Download speeds using Tixati are within 10% of what they were with no VPN on my particular system. The ability to choose the worldwide location of the proxy and to choose the frequency of changing your IP is a nice touch.

  Cons

  Be aware that HMA DOES keep logs, so if anyone comes knocking with a warrant they WILL roll on their trusting customers like a snowball on a steep slope...

  Summary

  I would have given them 5 stars if not for the log issue. May not be a big problem if you're just a garden-variety torrenter but anything DarkWeb-related would be a huge security lapse-think Ross Ulbricht/Silk Road...
